Involtino di mecanzana ripieno di mozzarella y prosciutto crudo con da una vellutata di pomodoro (involtini of eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella & basil with a velvety tomato sauce) 

Prim Portata
Orecchiette con salsiccia, broccoli, parmigiana ( orecchiette with broccoli, sausage, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil)

Seconda Portata
Polpette di carne cotte al sugo con da una schiacciata di patate aromatizzate ( meatballs with crushed tomato sauce, potato puree and aromatics)
